I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. Terrible, God awful service. Came in for fan belt change and tire rotation. They were unresponsive and short with me. They also completely screwed up the task at hand. I had to return to the midas and persuade them to fix my vehicle that now screeched like a banshee due to their mistakes. In order to get back at my return trip they also had stolen my dipstick.

Hall's is my first stop when I have issues with my wife's mid-size SUV or my full-size truck. They've always been up-front and honest with me. If they can do the work, they will quote me a price and let me know if they find anything else and wait for my approval. If they cannot do the work, they let me know and have not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. It would be nice to have a Jiffy Lube type oil change service, but the quality of work is worth dropping the car off and picking it up when it's ready. (I know, how can you screw-up an oil change --- one shop left a wrench connected to my wife's car that Hall's mechanics found. Others have left a pool of oil that started to smoke, which Hall's mechanics helped clean-up. [Unfortunately, neither of those were things that I did as a clueless dolt, but were for oil changes that I paid for at national chains....].)

THANK GOODNESS I BROUGHT MY CAR IN WHEN I DID! THE MECHANIC TOLD ME MY DRIVER SIDE AXLE WAS ABOUT TO FALL OFF! I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS MY BRAKES! THANK YOU MID ATLANTIC SERVICE CENTER!

John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....

I was at this shop 3 times and paid expencive repair , at last repair for $1023 I paid, but wasn't happy that he lost my remote from the car and didn't want to refund $120 for Honda car Remote. After ugly dispute and arguments , he gave me new remote , which is not matching my car, he wasn't able to programm. Basically it is useless. He claimed that my car panel is not working , broken . But All worked before his service. I regret, That support his business 3 times. Bad Customer service ! Dianna Y.
