Car battery installation service near Chantilly, VA

I have taken my 02 Passat to them a couple of times for repairs and have received good service both over the phone and in person. The repairs I had done were done professionally and I was always happy with the work. Most recently I had to have them remove the factory stereo so I could remove sub woofer wires, as I was trading it in, and Charlie came out and took care of it for me at no cost. I understand that with the right tools it is an easy task but he still came out and did it with a smile on his face. If I find myself with another VW or any of the German cars I will definitely take it back to them as needed.

Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!

Great shop with excellent service. I will definitely be bringing my car back next time it's in need of repairs. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers. This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.
