Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!

Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and the mechanics are experienced and knowledgeable. Import's prices are significantly less than the dealers and they have saved me a lot of dollars over the years. I wanted to wait to see how the repairs I received here worked out. Good news! My car is still running great. My car broke down nearby this place and I limped in to their parking lot and left the key in the drop box. They have a website that shows that they accept overnight and weekend vehicles, which was a reason why I dropped my car off there. I lucked out, because these guys did a great job. They were very clear about what was wrong when they called me, and they gave me good advice about the timing belt being changed. It's been a few long driving trips and my car is still running well and not overheating. They did a great job and if I lived closer to them, I'd take my car there again. John Kennedy

This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....

Contacted Drake and it was very professional and they answered all the questions in a correct manner. All my conversations was with the owner Carl and I got the best quote. I have a 2007 Prius, first I took my car to Manassas Monroe and was quoted shy of $700 for brake pads and rotors. Next I price the parts online which can be purchase for shy of $150.00. Next I called the deal and was quoted at $534.00. Next I called Drake's and talked to Carl, and was given the price of $269.00 plus tax and shop fees which came out to $288.00. He was honest upfront and did show integrity. Yes I would use them again and will recommend to family and friends. By the way driving the car after the brake job felt like a job well done. No squeak, no pulling no jerky stops, just smooth breaking the way it should be. By the way this is my first time ever posting a review for anyone. Overall a great place to go. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. That said, they WILL up-charge you signifcantly to change your engine and cabin air filter. The guy said that to change a cabin air filter, it takes 30 minutes to access the filter itself, thus necessitating a charge of $50 for parts and labor. I knew that was patently false, as it can be easily accessed on my vehicle (2013 Accord) through the glove compartment, which unhinges without any tools. I bought the same cabin air filter from NAPA auto parts for $15 and installed it myself. Essentially the same speech was given for the engine air filter, and I did the same thing. BLUF: Know about how much something should cost and how easy the job is to do it.

I've been going to Marv & Mikes for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed. When I married, my husband was a "dealership " person. He finally became frustrated with prices and poor service. I'm glad to be back to using Marv & Mike. They never fail me.

The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.

LT is the best BMW (or any German car) repair shop around. He also works on Japanese brands, but do now know about them. He is honest, friendly and thorough and his prices are MORE than REASONABLE. Think in terms of a fraction of what dealers charge. He used to have a shop in Manassas, but now works from home and mobile. He provides a written estimate prior to any repairs and sticks to it - no ticket shock when you pick up your vehicle. In short, LT under-promises and over-delivers while being most pleasant to deal with. If you love your BMW as I do, you have rocks in your head if you trust it to anyone else.
