I had done my research and knew almost where the problem was and Andy Gammon was spot on. We agreed to a total rebuild with added extras to make tranny bullet proof. Mind you that this was a Chevy Silverado 2500 4WD. He did exactly what was asked and was very knowledgeable with upgrades, no hidden costs etc. After that I had a Chevy Tahoe that was giving me problems and had him repair that also. I tend to drive vehicles forever to at least 300k,and things wear out and break. Today's modern transmissions are complicated and you need a good shop like Gammon's to get you on your way! Also if you are fortunate to meet one of the original owners Mrs. Gammon, take time to thank her for being apart of the greatest generation
