I have been using Greenbriar BP for over eight years now. I have stayed with them after trying many of the other shops in the area and was highly disappointed with those other stations. 

The work is always done in a timely fashion and professionally. The owner is friendly and professional. They have such a good reputation in the area that they needed to open a second shop to handle all of the business.

They have always treated me fairly, taken care of the vehicles' needs quickly and professionally, and shown care for my safety as well as for my pocketbook.

They left the wheel lug nuts loose on my vehicle.  The vehicle rear wheel fell off damaging the wheel, breaking the lug nuts and damaging the rear brakes.  They would not address the issue.

The created a safety issue that could have injured or killed a customer.  Stay away from these negligent and incompetent people.
