Kevin was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with all the answers I asked. I found Big Al's very honest and very fair priced. This was my first visit and yes I will return. Rich, who worked on my truck, actually came in and explained what was going on and showed me the actual bad parts. When I could not afford to buy rear calipers, there was no pressure at all. All three of my vehicles are serviced here and I cannot say enough good about them all. Some of the problems with my vehicles have been frustrating to resolve, yet they worked patiently to fix them all. Today, after the work on my van was completed, I brought my Subaru in because I had a slow leak in one of the tires. They fixed it for free!! THAT is the service I get from this shop and I will always support them.

I also asked if they could take it for a test drive to listen to how the gears shift as it had been a little jerky lately. Well after this test drive they told me that my car died 2 times during the drive and there was just all of these things wrong with it. My car has never died on me so I had a very hard time believing it died twice within a 5 minute car ride. They were the last people to do an oil change on my car and when I got it back then there were new problems that I heard. Now that I have gotten it back again, there are more new problems. I do not trust the people at this Meineke at all and honestly believe they have been doing things wrong with my car to try and make more money. If you are a woman who does not know much about cars, DO NOT go here. They will try and take advantage of you and try to get you to make extremely important decisions instantly. Terrible place to do business.
