Transmission coolers service near Henrico, VA

I started going to 301 Auto within the last year and I like them. Good service, fair pricing and quick turnaround. In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix. I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. I am very appreciative not only for the great work that was done but, for how respectful all of them were to me! Thank you guys!!

These guys are great. I had work done at a local chain shop and they led me to believe I had a serious problem that would keep us from driving back to NC. I called Murray's, explained the situation and asked if they could take a look. Less than an hour later, they had carefully looked into things and found a minor oversight by the previous mechanic. It was cleared up and all is good. Attitude, courtesy, responsiveness, listening skills, mechanical understanding ... all top notch. Next time we're here and need auto work - I'll go to them first.
