I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.

Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family and anyone in need of a quality shop.?

I didn't even want to talk to the manager because I didn't even trust the guys to do work on my car after the way they handled this situation. They clearly knew they messed up. Never again. I will continue driving out of my way to Fairfax, VA to get supreme service even it it is WELL out of the way. I wasted 2+ hours at this place.
