This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I have been dealing with Mr. Tire in La Plata, MD for 10+ years. Had them put new tires on one of my vehicles and they damaged the rim. Took it back for them to repair, went back today and the rim is still damaged. I have never had damage to any of my vehicles since dealing with them, this is the first. This is the first time I dealt with this gentleman, first time seeing him there. Jimbo and Scott have always treated me with respect and very professional. I told him the rim was still damaged and he said you need to leave my property. I told him I have before and after pictures and he just kept telling me to leave his property, I am calling the police. He just kept getting smart and telling me to leave, they didn't damage my rim. My husband gets out the car and he said I am calling the police you threaten me, I was like what, I threatened you, he then said I didn't say that. I guess if you call them out for something they damage, you are a problem. I told him to call the police, I will wait for them because I done nothing wrong, just complain about them damaging my rim. After 10+ years you have to deal with something like this.
