The repairs I had done were done professionally and I was always happy with the work. Most recently I had to have them remove the factory stereo so I could remove sub woofer wires, as I was trading it in, and Charlie came out and took care of it for me at no cost. I understand that with the right tools it is an easy task but he still came out and did it with a smile on his face. If I find myself with another VW or any of the German cars I will definitely take it back to them as needed.

This place was impressive! Clean shop, free coffee, wood floors!! They only charged me $899.45 for the rear main seal on my 2003 Lexus Rx300. The dealer had quoted me $1750! The owner, Jeff told me that he had been working for Lexus for 13 years, he even took care of my idle problem when he did the seal. I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly what it was. I have been dealing with Mr. Tire in La Plata, MD for 10+ years. Had them put new tires on one of my vehicles and they damaged the rim. Took it back for them to repair, went back today and the rim is still damaged. I have never had damage to any of my vehicles since dealing with them, this is the first. This is the first time I dealt with this gentleman, first time seeing him there. Jimbo and Scott have always treated me with respect and very professional. I told him the rim was still damaged and he said you need to leave my property. I told him I have before and after pictures and he just kept telling me to leave his property, I am calling the police. He just kept getting smart and telling me to leave, they didn't damage my rim. My husband gets out the car and he said I am calling the police you threaten me, I was like what, I threatened you, he then said I didn't say that. I guess if you call them out for something they damage, you are a problem. I told him to call the police, I will wait for them because I done nothing wrong, just complain about them damaging my rim. After 10+ years you have to deal with something like this.
