Very disrespectful owner who is a "Know it All" type of guy. Would let me talk and hear what I'm saying but did not listen to anything at all. I was explaining my situation. told the man I have went to different shops, got estimates and told him what all four shops said and from my experience on cars this is the issue. He says "I'm not going to give no stupid estimate on anything over the phone. I said sir, just a rough estimate. He of course acted stubborn so I'm trying to give him money so I tried again this time saying, well, how about just putting a new engine in my car. He still said He's not giving a estimate in a disrespectful manner. I politely took my business away from him. His workers are very respectable but THE OWNER IS A Complete DOUCHE

All 4 of my wheels were damaged in the same way while getting tires mounted at Midas in Warrenton, VA. There are now scratches on the outer surface of each wheel. Mike, the owner, said that there was no way that they could have done the damage and offered to have it corrected by a third party at a cost of $360 to me. As other customers have experienced in other reviews, Mike was arrogant and rude - to the point of arguing with another customer on the phone while I waited to pick up my now damaged vehicle. I won't be going back for my own reasons but also because Mike told me that he would not service my vehicles in the future.

Im honestly surprised that there arent more reviews for this gem! Rodney (the owner) was so kind, professional and helpful. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!) Overall a great place to go. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. That said, they WILL up-charge you signifcantly to change your engine and cabin air filter. The guy said that to change a cabin air filter, it takes 30 minutes to access the filter itself, thus necessitating a charge of $50 for parts and labor. I knew that was patently false, as it can be easily accessed on my vehicle (2013 Accord) through the glove compartment, which unhinges without any tools. I bought the same cabin air filter from NAPA auto parts for $15 and installed it myself. Essentially the same speech was given for the engine air filter, and I did the same thing. BLUF: Know about how much something should cost and how easy the job is to do it.
