I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and ... read more I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. I am very appreciative not only for the great work that was done but, for how respectful all of them were to me! Thank you guys!!

I think the owner of this car company is from Pakistan. They are bad people who will cheat you. They claimed that they do buy here pay here and their finance charges are termendouly high. Most of their cars are not fully service and check 100%. Carmax car will do that kind of inspection. They even sold some of their car a total lost from accident and they never even tell me. People out there take note before buying any car from this Xtrauto who will cheat you.
