Triumph service near Paeonian Springs, VA

My car was making a rattling noise when I started it. They did an oil change and said that fixed the issue. Two days later it started doing it again. The shop is always too busy to diagnose and fix problems.If it’s not a basic or straight forward issue they can’t handle it.

It was a very smooth experience. I love the waiting rooms. The young man who assisted me was excellent. Had a great experience. I don’t remember his name but I was there on June 30 and I was there around 9:30 and got a State Inspection

They have started to much overcharge for all services. Recently i had a oil change service and inspection and they changed cabin filter and charged ke $200. Even dealer would have done for much much less than them.

Superior has been my garage for over a decade based on a recommendation from another satisfied customer. Rob & Bob do a good job listening to the work I want done, describing the work they identify that needs to be done, and then completing the work on time. I recommend them to all my friends. There are inconsistency between statements for availability and prices given on the website, on the phone, upon arrival, and after service for the same service. The repair were done right but kept haggling with prices (as if originally quoted prices were not effective) before the repair and tried to sell other services after I brought the price down for what was originally stated as a guanranteed price for the service. It was a lot of headache and time consuming.

I have been using G&C Tire & Auto Service for years for my vehicle & my two children's vehicles. They are prompt, reliable, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. They help me prioritize what task(s) I need to complete versus others doing a price / benefit comparison. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

These guys are great to work with. Myron comes out to you (shows up on time), explains what they will do and give cost up front. They have all modern equipment and do a really nice job I would recommend them anytime

Contacted Drake and it was very professional and they answered all the questions in a correct manner. All my conversations was with the owner Carl and I got the best quote. I have a 2007 Prius, first I took my car to Manassas Monroe and was quoted shy of $700 for brake pads and rotors. Next I price the parts online which can be purchase for shy of $150.00. Next I called the deal and was quoted at $534.00. Next I called Drake's and talked to Carl, and was given the price of $269.00 plus tax and shop fees which came out to $288.00. He was honest upfront and did show integrity. Yes I would use them again and will recommend to family and friends. By the way driving the car after the brake job felt like a job well done. No squeak, no pulling no jerky stops, just smooth breaking the way it should be. By the way this is my first time ever posting a review for anyone. This is how highly I thought of doing business at Drake's. Mike R
