Being able to leave my key and information in their night drop slot at my convenience is one of the many reasons that I have gone back after they came highly recommended. The staff is professional, knowledgable, and always gives impeccable customer service whether it is over the phone or in person. These days good customer service is hard to find, so when I see someone going above and beyond, for example, when you can "hear" someone's smile over the phone and can tell they love their job that makes me what to go back to that company. Each time I have been in Complete Automotive I have been greeted by smiling faces, people willing to help me and not make stand around, people that say thank you for your business and a company that does the job I need done for a good price. I have been to places before for a state inspection and they come back with five sheets of things I "need" fixed. I know my car needs some front end work, and you better believe the first place I will go when I have the chance to take it in to get looked at is Complete Automotive.
