While on vacation in Sandbridge, we developed car trouble, the cooling fan clutch on our car needed replaced. I was directed to Pungo Service Center by an employee at the realty company that we were renting a vacation house from. I arrived at the garage on a Thursday afternoon (6/13/2013), I was leaving on Saturday, it was quite a bind to be in when on vacation and not familiar with the area. The owner of the garage, Buddy, told me that he could fix my car by noon the following day. Not only was it repaired when he said it would be, but it was done at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Pungo Service Center to anyone that needs a car repair in the Sandbridge area. Its nice to know that there are reliable, honest mechanics that will not take advantage of the out-of-towners. Again, thanks to Buddy and Pungo Service Center for taking good care of us. Its greatly appreciated!

I want to rave about such a wonderful business! I stopped on my way to work this AM for gasoline for my car. I dread pumping gas before work because I have spilled it on my pant leg in the past. Anyhow when I pulled into the station an attendant quickly rushed out and asked to pump my gas. While the gas pumped he cleaned my windows and even asked if I needed additional services. When I offered to tip the man he said no, all women deserve this kind of service! I will always get gas from them! I recommend everyone do the same!

THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER GO TO KINGS GRANT EXXON. My electric cooling fan engaged when I first started my Jeep in the morning. This shouldn't happen. The fan should only engage when the coolant reaches about 200 degrees. The indicator light lit up on my dashboard. I took my Jeep up to the Exxon, I explained to them what happened and I would like a cost to fix it. I also told them it was probably just the sensor. A couple of hours later a mechanic called and said it would cost approx. $800.00 to fix my Jeep. I told him that was a outrageous price, don't fix it, I will pick up my Jeep in a little while. When I got there and asked for my key they said I had to pay $90.00 for a diagnostic charge. They never told me that it would cost $90.00 for a Diagnostic charge. So I paid the $90.00 in order to get my keys back from them. I went to Auto Zone and Auto Zone plugged their computer into my Jeep computer and said my cooling sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Auto Zone didn't charge me for the diagnostic service. They told me the part will cost $15.00. I bought the part, went home and installed it. It took me 10 minutes to change out the sensor. My Jeep is running great and the indicator light is off.

I rode around for days, my car kept cutting off on me and would be stranded on side the road. The owner diagnosed my vehicle and told me in less than thirty minutes, that my throttle body had gone in my vehicle. He ordered the part and my vehicle was up and running in less than 2 days! I would recommend this company to anyone!! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
