Maybe it's racism, maybe it's not, his motivation for being rude is not clear it can only be contemplated. Regardless, I'm not going to try and find out.

The owner drove my truck around town and drove it to his home where it caught fire. He never called me to tell me my truck caught fire till I called the next day check the status on my truck. He put out the fire with a water hose at his home. He never called the fire department till the next day. If I never called him to check the status of my truck I would have never known it was totaled. I took the vehicle back to him twice because the services were never fixed correctly. He will not refund my money that I paid him. Poor customer service and obviously he did not know how to fix a truck.
