We do not believe in re-building your vehicle to new condition at every visit, nor to performing routine maintenance prematurely as either can add considerably to your maintenance and repair costs over the life of your vehicle ownership. We are a 40 year old family owned business specializing in the repair of European automobiles. In our efforts to provide a full-service facility our clean, fully equipped shop allows our ASE nationally certified technicians to provide expert servicing on your vehicle utilizing the latest in equipment and training. Over the years, as a result of the many requests from our customers to work on other makes and models of vehicles within their families, we have gained considerable expertise in the repair of Japanese and Domestic vehicles as well.

Hall's is my first stop when I have issues with my wife's mid-size SUV or my full-size truck. They've always been up-front and honest with me. If they can do the work, they will quote me a price and let me know if they find anything else and wait for my approval. If they cannot do the work, they let me know and have not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. It would be nice to have a Jiffy Lube type oil change service, but the quality of work is worth dropping the car off and picking it up when it's ready. (I know, how can you screw-up an oil change --- one shop left a wrench connected to my wife's car that Hall's mechanics found. Others have left a pool of oil that started to smoke, which Hall's mechanics helped clean-up. [Unfortunately, neither of those were things that I did as a clueless dolt, but were for oil changes that I paid for at national chains....].)

Wife and I have been customers for many years in one way or another and no complaints at all. Work performed over the years include oil changes, brake pads, brake shoes, rotors, ignition coil replacement, valve cover gasket replacement, radiator replacement, serpentine belt replacement...and no complaints! I have taken several BMWs to Dan over the past 10 years. He is the most honest engineer you will ever find. His prices are reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. Don't bother going to the dealership unless you need a rental car and a cappuccino.

I love the honesty and service Mike provided. I brought in a n older BMW for Maryland state inspection and not only was he quick he didn't try to sell e a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Can't beat that.

I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. Tom is the best. He knows cars and shoots straight. Takes care of his customers like family. If he can't fix it, he will send you to the right place or take it there himself. He will get the work done while you are at work in dc; by offering to pick up and drop off your car at the train station.

Jack and Darlene Clark are who you want to take your car to. Their staff of highly skilled mechanics know exactly what they're doing, no matter what the problem is. If they can't do it, they know who can. If you are not completely satisfied, Jack and Darlene will do what it takes to make sure you walk away feeling like you've just been serviced by the best. They are willing to work with you to make sure you get what you need to get you back on the road safely, and as quickly as possible.

Avoid this place like the plague. It's now branded as a NAPA store. Employees were very unhelpful, blatantly rude, kept taking lengthy phone calls, too lazy to look up parts, and spent more time joking with each other and talking than actually helping customers. If I could give it a 0, I would.
