Tom is the best. He knows cars and shoots straight. Takes care of his customers like family. If he can't fix it, he will send you to the right place or take it there himself. He will get the work done while you are at work in dc; by offering to pick up and drop off your car at the train station.

PLEASE do not waste your time or money going here for tints. I recently tinted my car on 12/31/12 @ 10am. Keith the owner appeared to be very nice and professional at first. He bragged on how he's been tinting since 1985 and how his tint is the best on the market. NOT TRUE! His tint is a cheap Chinese film by the name of "Sunny Day" also keep in mind he is his own distributor, he will tell you that he never runs out of tints which is true BUT he never runs out because no one uses his tint but him and business is very slow. Sad to say, I did not find this out until I researched his product and his business from locals who were also in the tinting business. He is very ignorant and arrogant. I requested 5% tints on my vehicle which has black interior as well.. During the day and at night you can see directly in my car and the items which are in it. He charged me 120.00 for 5% tints which looked more like 20%. I've gotten 5% tints on all my other vehicles from "car Source" for 99.00 (Lenwood does a excellent job) I originally went to Car Source because I've taken all 3 of my cars there, unfortunately "Car Source" didn’t have 5% at the time which I now regret not waiting for their 5% to arrive. Due to me not being impatient it cost me 120.00 and a terrible tint job. Please do not take your car to Keith I can’t stress that enough he is extremely unprofessional and will argue with you once you disagree with him after you paid your money. I have since then called him 3x and left 2 voice messages and still no response. Locals in the area laughed once I told them where I went to have my car service for tints. He is a lot talk but his product is NOT the best matter of fact it is the cheapest and your tints will turn purple due to poor quality. The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. YOUR CAR WILL STILL BE DIRTY!!! This place used to be great. Not anymore, because of poor management philosophy and poor worker training. In summary, what you'll get from this place is "Quick and Dirty" with an emphasis on Dirty. I have been coming here for car washes over the years since they opened. When they first opened a few years ago this place was awesome because of the attention to detail in cleaning up the things that the automatic car wash missed. But this place has gone downhill in a big way. The automatic car wash doesn't get things as clean as it used to in previous years thus leaving more dirt on the car prior to the manual clean up efforts afterwards. But the manual clean up efforts has degraded into doing it "quick and dirty" rather than with attention to detail to get the dirt off. After they were done with my car there were a couple dozen places on the bumpers and lower side of the doors and quarter panels where they completely missed to wipe off loose dirt. When I pointed out these many areas to them their response what that I should purchase a "detailing package" if I expected those areas to be cleaned. For the $16-23 that they charge for a car wash, there shouldn't be such a shabby job in cleaning up loose dirt or categorizing this as warranting a detailing package up-charge. These areas were easily cleaned up by wiping with a damp cloth. Their staff just isn't trained to have an attention to detail to look for the dirt and wipe it off. They just go through the motions to maximize throughput of customers. I complained to the Korean man who is the manager there but he was insisting that I shouldn't expect more than their quick and dirty approach and suggested I buy their detailing package. When I told him that I was complaining about loose dirt all around the car that shouldn't be considered a "detailing job" up-charge he said "well, I don't see you coming here every week".
