Over filled my car with oil. Wont be going back

Please dont waste your money going to that place . If you dont have a new car dont go there . They will rip you off . Even if there is nothing wrong with you they will show you 1000 problems. I went there to do an inspection for my car 1999 altima . which had no apparent problem . They gave me 10 different problems and asked me to do a 600 dollar maintenance , basically asking me to change the light bulbs ,cleaning,rear tail light lens changes and what not...

While my car was in his shop he drove it thru the Portsmouth tunnel, he said to match the headlight. I got the bills because it is my car, he admitted it was him that made the charge. I sent him every bill I got, now its been sent to a collection agency. I cannot renew my license plates that expire the end of this month until its paid. For awhile he gave me excuses, then it was flat out lies. Now he is ghosting me. He owns his shop, I live on social security month to month. He was my trusted mechanic for 16 years. He used to say I wasn't just a customer I was a friend, with friends like that I don't need enemies. I would have given him 0 stars but not an option.

I took my older vehicle here for a tune up. The front counter person made me uncomfortable from the start by being so promising of how well they will perform the job, as he stated the price. Normally, mechanics would like to take a look first. I was aware of a humming noise coming from the air filter section of the engine, but thought it would be corrected during the tune up. Once I was given a job status call with recommended services, the noise was not mentioned. But at pick up time, the counter person brings up the noise and a quick fix deal if I bring it back. (Half Labor Charge). I took it back. At pick up, he charged $125.00 for 1 hour labor which would be $250.00 an hour. I just paid! Over the next 2 days, the engine was stalling, riving up on it's own and not idling properly, so I took it back. Automatically, he started talking of more charges. When I mentioned the overpayment I had already paid, he stated that I'm the one who agreed to pay it. I still have to get their work corrected.

Carl had my vehicle for over a year. I paid up front $2500 back in February 2016. I contacted Carl several times over the course of a year and each time there were several excuses as to why the vehicle had still not been repaired. After taking him to court and several non kept promises to return either my vehicle or the money that I paid up front we have now reached the two year anniversary since I handed over possession of my vehicle. The court sentenced Mr. Carl to return my funds back as well as the car back in July 2017 and he has avoided all phones calls since this date. This has been the worst experience and I would NEVER recommend this shop. PLEASE GO ON YELP FOR TWO RECENTLY POSTED REVIEWS WITH THE SAME TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I am a newbie to the world of Mercedes and recently invested in a used 2004 Mercedes Benz 500 SL. It is a beautifully designed car, and mileage was 87,000 when purchased in December 2017. I love the style and the way it handles, but was not aware of the complicated ABC hydraulic suspension system, which seems the most common general complaint of other owners of the MB 500 SL. When my ABC light came on during a trip to VA Beach, I was able to drive it back to Hampton, however upon researching, I should probably been towed. I made it back safely, and when I added fluid to the suspension it simply came gushing back out under the car. I called around and a good friend, and fellow MB owner recommended Autobahn Auto, which is very nearby to where I live. I drove the car over, and was given great personal service and attention by Buddy who apparently manages the desk and shop. Upon checking it out, I needed a major hose replacement. Autobahn handled it for me expeditiously and got me back on the road in 2 days. They were fair, friendly and Buddy even provided pictures of the work that was done and the rodeo testing afterward. I could not be more pleased to report and recommend Autobahn Auto. They will be my "go to" mechanics for all future service and repairs.
