If I need maintenance on my vehicle and must be on the other side of town within 15 minutes, the crew will gladly shuttle me to my destination for free, and get me back to the shop at my convenience to pick up my vehicle! I watched last night as Eddie's Garage towed 5 vehicles from the 77 restaurant (a building very vaguely marked on the side of the building with a no parking sign). When asked to explain, Eddie cussed us and got out of his truck and tried to start a fight. Police were called to resolve the matter. My advice; call Earl Akers at Franklin Tire Distributors for any services needed. The employees are friendlier and more honest.
