new truck sale
Stopping in at Goss Dodge is time well spent! I met with Neil Burgess in the sales department to discuss purchasing a new ram truck, and right from the initial handshake it was clear that Neil is a professional who is focused on customer service and takes his job seriously. I never had the impression that I was being sold on a particular truck; rather, Neil asked me relevant questions about what I would use the truck for, what features were important to me, and showed genuine interest in getting the right fit based on my needs. right off the cuff, he had extensive knowledge of the dodge lineup, not just the models but the specs, gear ratios, options; as we went along in conversation, he would point out several aspects of the models I was interested in that I had not been aware of and once we got narrowed down he took literally three minutes to return with printouts so we could look at several truck packages that would suit me and was extremely helpful in a side by side comparison of x vs. y vs. z. I was retiring a 2000 ram that I had driven for twelve years, so Neil was a great help in explaining the new features and upgrades on the new trucks; I had questions, he had answers on the spot! My experience with Neil and the sales team at Goss Dodge was as it should be; real people, real professionals, real service! As a service professional myself, I do not use these words lightly; I know what a service professional is and they are at Goss dodge! Kudos and five stars to the sales department for literally going the extra mile for your customer! many thanks to all of you! sincerely, Eli Dieman p.s. the new ram is even more than expected; if it's not a dodge, it's not a truck!!
