He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. Fixed my bad brakes that were making noise. They fixed it and they work great. Car seems to stop better then ever. Also found a screw in my tire and fixed that before it was a bigger problem.

I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly.
