I regret taking my truck to gene. First of all he was very rude and condescending to me, he talked to as if I knew nothing about my truck simply because I am a woman. I took my ford f150 to him for new brakes and he put on the wrong brake pads!!! Within 1 day of getting it back, the brakes were completely shot as they had been way over heated trying to stop my truck. I almost rear ended someone when they went out! I had he also re-build the transmission. This took over a week which seemed a little long to me, but he is a 1 man shop, no one else works there, which also seems odd to me now that I think back on it.... Long story short, I paid $5,000 for his services, he called to tell me that he had also found some bad wiring that needed to be placed, and that I needed a new radiator!!! I had had no previous issues with these parts before I took my truck to him. Long story short, I had to take my truck to ford for the brakes and talked gene's car care over with their service reps

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank.
