They always give us an inspection report with details on all the upcoming maintenance priorities. Without our fleet vehicles running in prime condition, were dead in the water. First of all he was very rude and condescending to me, he talked to as if I knew nothing about my truck simply because I am a woman. I took my ford f150 to him for new brakes and he put on the wrong brake pads!!! Within 1 day of getting it back, the brakes were completely shot as they had been way over heated trying to stop my truck. I almost rear ended someone when they went out! I had he also re-build the transmission. This took over a week which seemed a little long to me, but he is a 1 man shop, no one else works there, which also seems odd to me now that I think back on it.... Long story short, I paid $5,000 for his services, he called to tell me that he had also found some bad wiring that needed to be placed, and that I needed a new radiator!!! I had had no previous issues with these parts before I took my truck to him. Long story short, I had to take my truck to ford for the brakes and talked gene's car care over with their service reps
I needed a new muffler for my Honda Accord and also a catalytic conver... read more I needed a new muffler for my Honda Accord and also a catalytic converter. I was at the shop once before. Oh what a dump; dark, dirty, and car parts scattered everywhere! Against my better judgement, needing the exhaust system fixed immediately, I went back. And oh what a change it was this time!! I found new owners; the shop and the office were clean. They lowered the prices and using modern diagnostic equipment got me out the door quickly and efficiently. The owner/mechanic showed me the messed up parts and also let me see the finished work. I was very pleased. He also pointed out to me a likely future problem with engine oil leak. I didn t have time for it right then, but already made an appointment with them to have that repaired. I am very please to have this service place available so close to where I live.
