DISHONEST, ARROGANT & UNRELIABLE = Someone needs to tell Tim that Not getting caught in a LIE is Not the same as telling the TRUTH, especially, after he jacks you around for "four months", as if having an office at the Marina is not close enough to meet you at your boat THEN, tells you that he is, suddenly, too "overwhelmed", when you could have, already, had it "done" by someone else, PLUS he tried to Steal work that I told him I had "promised" to other people, before he chose not to do ANYTHING !!!
