Your tech was awesome and gave the vehicle we were purchasing a thorough inspection. He looked at it for roughly two hours which completely surprised me. He did find a minor issue with some noise and we are having that fixed by the dealer. The shop gave is a great report and they said they would not hesitate to purchase the vehicle. We did just that. Al has been fixing various issues with my wife's Audi for years. He's great at communicating what's going on, typically over estimates and charges less, and often fixes little things and refuses to let us pay him for it. Not many businesses like this around anymore.

The work that was done on last visit was done properly, albeit very expensive. I received a Quote for more work that needed to be done. I contacted other Subaru Repair Shops and got their quotes....They all come in at 50% or more less for exactly the same work. I was disappointed, as I have been going to All Wheel Drive for several years. I trusted them. I understand that AWD needs to make money, but charging 50% more is over the top for me. They have lost me as a customer.

I had immediate help when my car wouldn't start. We ran up against a weekend and a holiday. However, they got the work done in a reasonable timeframe and one of the things we really appreciated was their communication with us.
