Tune up service near Kirkland, WA

I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. I've always taken my vehicles to Olympic Automotive and I have always been pleased with the work they do. I had some problems with my rear brakes and instead of just selling me expensive new calipers they went to the effort of cleaning them and re-lubricating to see if this would solve the problem and it did. That saved me over $1,000 because BMW parts are so expensive. They also loaned me a Nisaan for the day at no charge! This was all same day service too, I didn't even schedule an appointment but they took care of me. It kind of amazes me the polarity between the reviews, you never know the type of people who write the bad or good reviews but some people are just unreasonable and you can't trust what they say. All that I can personally say is that Olympic Automotive always treats me well and I would (and have) recommended them to other people.

Simply these guys are the very best at taking care of your BMW, Mini and Audi auto. I recently took my 2002 e39 530i for service and repairs, and the service was exceptional. Great communications throughout the process, their work is impeccable and the work was done at a very reasonable and honest price.
