This is my 4th time here 1st time over 3yrs ago and only come here ever since. They are amazing, go above and, beyond, & have outstanding customer service. 2xs He lent me a vehicle to commute to with with until my was finished. He came & towed my car when I was unable to get it there. J & H is always there for my car emergencies & my last minute needs. Grateful & appreciative for everything John & his caring crew does. Superior work for more than reasonable prices, all said things are why I will continue to only come her for any or all my car repair needs.

Be aware of this mechanic I had to have my BMW towed to the dealership costing me over 5 grand to fix it

We hired Bryan to come out and install a fuel pump in our Classic 57 Chevy in early July. He promptly came out,,,,,,without calling. We had the fuel pump and my hubby (who is 80 and legally blind) had taken the old one out. We just needed Bryan to put the new one in. He did this. He hooked up the gas lines, we paid him and he left. 2 days later we went to take the car out and the gas lines were leaking badly. We contacted Bryan,,,,,,he said he was hired to install a fuel pump not hook up gas lines..????? We have been in touch for nearly a month now,,,,,he had a family emergency, he has to check his schedule, etc ,,,,,and now he won't even reply. I do NOT recommend this guy if you want a guarantee on his work.

One of the best auto shops I've ever been to! You can tell they genuinely care and aren't just trying to make a quick buck off of you. From the moment I walked in, till the moment I left I felt well taken care of! The little blond girl at the front desk was so sweet and made sure I was getting the best price. 10/10 I recommend. Nearly half-a-million miles logged on my two vehicles and both have run perfectly under the care of Auburn Foreign Car. Latest visit in my 13+ year affiliation with these folks was last month. I was impressed once again with their attention to detail, clear and thorough communication, and outstanding diagnostic and repair work. Over the years, I have never once needed a second opinion, a re-do by somebody else, or a course in anger management after dealing with this outfit. I figure that if I am shelling out my hard-earned cash, a merchant had better deserve to have it. AFC deserves to have it.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I took my car in to get tires changed over. I have low profile tires and they are difficult to mount but I expected a professional business to know how. Boy was I wrong. I got the car back and all 4 rims were scratched all the way around the lip. I went and got the manager and he said he was the one that mounted these. He then started saying look at how dirty the rims were and I obviously didnt take care of them so I had probably done that. I was getting so angry I just walked away and later just decided to cut my loses and let it go. 2 Months later I had 2 tires go flat on me. I had it towed to the closest shop and they took a look and said Wow the beads on the inside and out were damaged because of improper mounting. I went back to Midas and showed them the other shops written statement and said all I wanted was reimbursed for the tow and the new tires that was put on. He blew me off and said no. Long story short, I would not trust them with my car and the manager does not care about customer service or satisfaction.
