Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. What a great experience. I was referred by another very well respected automotive mechanic shop in the area when my original choice wasn't able to fit me in. I was looking at a used car for our daughter and had Dodds do the checkup. Not only were they able to fit me in with my very narrow time constraint, they did a detailed inspection and had it done within the hour. They walked me through what they'd found on the phone (I was in Seattle) and gave me a very honest opinion and realistic quote for the work that would be needed. In addition to all of the above, they refused to charge me anything for their work! I really couldn't believe it. Though we decided against that particular vehicle, I will definitely keep Dodds in my phone as a "go-to" shop for the Tacoma area and would recommend them without reservation. A great find.

My car was just falling apart! With only 110,000 miles on it, I felt like it was just done. I took it to AIR and they looked it over really well. They gave me a long list and explained what needed to be done now and what should be done soon. Its back on the road and I'm saving up for the rest. I like the way they took the time to explain the maintenance and repair necessary It took some time to repair, but I like that they got it done right.
