Our 16 year old daughter brought her Ford Escape in because the power steering went out. They realized it was just the hose. They treated her like any other customer and not as a child. Heard about Tommy's from another shop (that doesn't do transmission work). Tommy himself is great, very quick to respond and upfront about everything. Got me in and done quick. The thing that stood out to me was this: I had a transmission service and transfer case service. When I got back to pick up my truck, Tommy said that the fluid in my transfer case was black... really bad. He had (without telling me or upselling) flushed my transfer case twice to make sure all the nasty fluid was out. In this day and age, to find someone who would do the right thing without being prompted - amazing. I'll be going back for sure. Plus getting loves from the shop dog is always a plus! Dan MacKenzie
