We hired Bryan to come out and install a fuel pump in our Classic 57 Chevy in early July. He promptly came out,,,,,,without calling. We had the fuel pump and my hubby (who is 80 and legally blind) had taken the old one out. We just needed Bryan to put the new one in. He did this. He hooked up the gas lines, we paid him and he left. 2 days later we went to take the car out and the gas lines were leaking badly. We contacted Bryan,,,,,,he said he was hired to install a fuel pump not hook up gas lines..????? We have been in touch for nearly a month now,,,,,he had a family emergency, he has to check his schedule, etc ,,,,,and now he won't even reply. I do NOT recommend this guy if you want a guarantee on his work.

I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as the best in the area and was informed that my timing belt had broken. They got me fix that same day the charge was over $300 less then what I had call around to other shop and got prices to make sure that there price was competitive. I was shocked that they were the best on yelp and the lowest price BY FAR!!! No extra charges when I picked up and the did a inspection and let me know of other issues I needed for my vehicle without pressuring me into anything.

Nearly half-a-million miles logged on my two vehicles and both have run perfectly under the care of Auburn Foreign Car. Latest visit in my 13+ year affiliation with these folks was last month. I was impressed once again with their attention to detail, clear and thorough communication, and outstanding diagnostic and repair work. Over the years, I have never once needed a second opinion, a re-do by somebody else, or a course in anger management after dealing with this outfit. I figure that if I am shelling out my hard-earned cash, a merchant had better deserve to have it. AFC deserves to have it.

If you want a business that stands behind their work, than I would highly recommend this shop. A friend had recommended Efrain and EG motors, as they had built and installed a complete engine in his older mini van. It runs great to this day. I brought my 99 Ford Contour to EG Motors for a complete clutch replacement after 182k on factory parts. They performed the job quickly, reliably and economically. They also backed their work in writing with a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. Something many auto shops no longer offer, especially on older vehicles. We picked the car up and it shifted and drove as expected. After driving the car on its new clutch for 11 months and 11, 924 miles, the clutch suddenly emitted a loud popping noise. It would than not shift out of its current gear or into another. We brought the car back to EG motors, only a few miles and days prior to the expiration of the initial warranty period. The transmission was removed for diagnosis and upon examination of the clutch and its components, it was clear a spring had released from the new clutch plate. This was clearly a manufacturer defect and absolutely no the fault of EG motors. They took immediate action and replaced it without question. We again took the car home and again, a few months later, we noticed another issue with the “new” clutch, as it appeared to have developed a slight slipping. We discussed this with Efrain and he asked us to return the car to his shop. They again replaced our second clutch kit and upon pickup, they insisted on a test drive to ensure we were completely happy with the second, “new” clutch, which was from a different manufacturer. The work, time and expense EG motors performed on our vehicle went over and above my expectations. They were genuinely concerned that our car performed as we felt it should and really listened to our concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Efrain and EG motors to my friends as I know you can count on them to solidly stand behind their work and back their product. Thank you Efrain and EG Motors. After calling around and getting help from family and friends I decided to have my wifes 2009 Grand Caravan towed to Aamco in Puyallup. Actually, they towed it for free. I knew it needed transmission work, because it wasn't shifting up out of 2nd gear. They did some diagnostic stuff, which was also free, and found that the solenoid pack for the transmission was not operating properly. The reason I decided to write this review is because I don't know anything about transmissions, and they could have told me anything they wanted to, and I would have believed it. They didn't though. They could have told me I needed a whole transmission rebuild and I would have just said okay. What they did do was be honest and only recommended that the solenoids be replaced along with a transmission service. WOW!!!!! An actual honest shop. We are sooooo inpressed. Insread of $3500.00, we only paid $593.72, and the van drives as good as new. We will definatly be doing all of our repairs at this shop in the future and they get our thanks and highest recommendation.
