I would trust GLOBAL over ANYONE. I've learned a few things having to move around the country in my lifetime and when it comes to CARS, one rule i made for myself is: go out back, is there a race car back there- (well Brians is often right in the show room.) is it - IN THEIR BLOOD? Or is it just a means to an end? Sure, i may have paid something less, and i had to pay for it again! Some people can be parts changers, but someone who knows cars inside out, who has the knowledge and experience to recognize that a certain part shouldn't have gone bad, to go deeper & look for the not so apparent cause. For me, the real "Deal" is at Global Car care, and everything about them is cars, it's in their blood. Bonified wrench turner, tuner, et all. rest assured, what they are doing to YOUR car,,, is not stretching their expertise. They build engines, and put together vehicles for themselves on their off time. I, Jim B have the utmost, worry free confidence in ANYTHING they may have to do ever again, to my car or truck. ( and i have the highest regard for Brians recommendations.) nuf said. end of story

Took my '05 mustang in for rock damage on the hood, a door ding and small front fender scrape. Had to return the car twice for touch ups, 2 paint runs, dust particles on the paint and buffer burns. Picked the car up and they had addressed the problems so we left for AZ. On the way we noticed the mirror and the door molding wasn't put back correctly. The mirror catches on the door and the window molding goes up with the window. We called and spoke with the office girl and she said Brennan would return our call, never did hear from him. We have called for the last 3 days but they must be screening their calls since all we get is voice mail. Earhart's was $200 higher then the other estimates I got but since they had such good references we went with them. $1256.00 later and a upcoming bill to have the mirror and door molding fixed plus they won't even return our call I must say I'm very disappointed.
