I believe they may have put back my cabin air filter back in wrong. Air system sounds differently now like there's a leak. It wasn't like this before I brought it in for service. You all also took more time than I expected and we're waiting on me to authorize additional repairs that I never asked for. It makes me not even want to ever come back to you ever again because my normal shop would have never done this.

They replaced the driveshaft and the vibration is still there and now there is a gear meshing noise in addition to the vibration. I don’t believe they ever bothered to test drive the car after replacing parts they told me were defective.
