I have a 2001 DAKOTA THAT WAS LOSING POWER TO THE POINT IT WOULD ONLY GO 5 MPH AT THE BEST. i HAD IT TOWED TO A SHOP WHERE THEY SAID IT WAS FUEL PUMP AFTER I DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM AND SYMPTOMS THAT OCCURRED GETTING TO THE 5MPG. RANDY SAID THAT HE DOUBTED IT WAS THE FUEL PUMP AND IF I COULD GET IT THERE HE WOULD LOOK AT IT THAT IT WAS MOST LIKELY THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER HAD CLOGGED UP. i HAD IT TOWED THE 150 MILES TO HIS NEW LOCATION AND HE LOOKED AT IT THE NEXT DAY. hE HAD TO REPLACE A CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND AN O2 SENSOR. IT RAN ME LIKE 150 DOLLARS I HAD CALLED AROUND TO SEE WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE. THE OTHER SHOPS WERE WAY OVER 200IN FACT ONE WANTED 400 AND IT WAS GOING TO TAKE THEM A WEEK TO GET TO IT. I DRIVE OVER 60 MILES(ONE WAY)TO HAVE HIM WORK ON MY TRUCK ND OTHER AUTOS. . I HAVE USED RPM's FOR OVER 6-7 YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT WHAT CAN ONLY BE CALLED A VERY Fair price. IF YOU WANT TO FIND THE LAST EXHAUST SHOP YOU WILL EVER NEED IT IS RPM'S HE PROVIDES FAIR PRICES QUALITY SERVICE AND YOU WILL HAVE A FEELING OF COMFORT IN WHO IS WORKING ON YOU VEHICLE.

This Man Is An Overpriced Rip Off Artist . He Screwed Up The Alternator, And The Computer Brain Box, On My Mom's Car And Threatened her in front of a Bunch of People . He has a Bad Temper . He Also Rips Of Elderly People, All The Time . He Treats Women Like They"re Stupid . In My Personal Opinon He Should Be Put Out Of Business . He Is The Worst Machanic In The World !!!

I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest on Saturday.I had come out from West Allis to enjoy your city and hospitality of all invovled in this free event.So upon returning to my truck i found it wouldn't start.I tried to jump it and when that failed the good people at Bonds had one of their Mechanics come to assist me in trying to get it running.Mind you this was in the rain.Between the two of us we got it started finding out it was my starter.Was able to get back home and put a new starter in on Sunday.So thank you all at Bonds and the mechanic that braved the rainy weather.I work for a auto parts distributor in West Allis and deal with many shops may i say you have a great looking shop.Thanks again for getting me started and back on the road!!! So far so good. Didn't give me the news I wanted to hear but they are being honest and upfront. Their customer service is top notch. Every time I spoke to them, they were always pleasant. I hope to never have the need for their services but if the need arise I'll definitely use them. No doubt giving references too.

I found Midas West Allis on yelp and after checking different positive reviews about them I decided to go there for oil change. I made an appointment one day before and drove up their shop after two days of my scheduled appointment but I was treated like a regular customer and my car was taken in and worked on immediately. They really proved what a customer service mean. I am really grateful to the knowledgeable and helpful mechanics they have.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Had my brakes done in May 2014, in October 2014 I was at Tires Plus getting new tires when the mechanic there discovered ALL FIVE of my right rear tire studs were stretched out, and when they went to put the lug nuts back on, one of the studs BROKE OFF! Apparently when Midas put my rear tire back on after the brake job in May, the lug nuts were over-torqued. During the next 5 months that the damage was done, THANK GOD that the studs didn't break off while driving!!! It costs me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to get the hub assembly replaced, along with 5 new lug nuts, BEFORE the car was even drivable again. I called and spoke to the Cudahy Midas manager, they refused to take responsibility, so I contacted Midas Corp and filed a claim....of course that was just as useless, they "tried" to intervene, yet in the end they couldn't do anything...surprise! Some BS about it being past 90 days, um I wasn't claiming the brakes were faulty, just the labor who damaged my vehicle! AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful place. I brought my car there because the front driver's side wheel was making a scraping sound. The owner Bill went on a ride with me so he could hear the sound, which he did and had an idea of what it could be. I brought the car back during my scheduled time, which after waiting for about 4 hours after I dropped it off that they can't figure out what is wrong with it, saying there seems to be nothing wrong with the "rear: tires. They spent 4 hours looking at the wrong end of the car. I told them and the owner knew that it was the front driver side. After 3 more hours after the phone call I go there to see what is going on to find my car outside, not even being looked at. And no phone call giving me any more information on it. The girl at the front desk said it "must be my brakes" and I should get a certain kind to fix the issues. The brakes are BRAND NEW CERAMIC BRAKES, not cheap metallic ones. It's not the brakes. Then she said it must be the rotors because they had some wear on them. Please you have no idea what it is and the owner decided to go home a few hours after they opened. Poor Communication. Lastly, I took my car home to find grease all over the driver side interior door and a large scratch right in the doorway (freshly scratched). The grease has been a pain to get off and the scratch is down to the metal. I have photos to post as well. POOR SERVICE.

Loved the atmosphere in the shop. Mike was so professional and quoted me a darn good price! The mechanics were professional and explained everything they did on my SUV. I highly recommend Dave's Garage! It's the most honest and friendly repair shop that I have ever been to!

I've lived in Milwaukee for 13 years. For the first three I floated around trying to find a trustworthy, affordable, and fast mechanic. I finally found them around 2004 and I can only say wonderful things about Kevin and Dennis at Greitens. They run a clean shop, are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and fix your car/truck fast and right. The prices are completely fair and straightforward. I highly recommend this shop over all others in Milwaukee.

wife's 2008 pontiac gran prix resinator rusted causing a exhaust leak. fixed.cost much less than the dealers or midas. daughter's 2008 gran prix same thing a few weeks later. same deal.you save a lot of money...they have worked on my tahoe and before that my bronco and ford pick-up...you can't find a better deal.Mike
