Fuel injection repair service near Franklin, WI

I brought in my 2003 Honda civic after experiencing a complete failure of my ignition column switch. I was quoted 600+ dollars to replace the switch. I thought this to be a bit "over the top" price as the national average repair price ranges from 300 to 500 dollars. Well it just happen to have been a Monday before Christmas eve and I needed to have the car back ASAP. Being the week of Christmas they were the only shop near by- that had time to take a look at my car and because the ignition key would no longer fit or turn - I had no choice to have it towed there. The honesty and integrity of this shop is called into serious question. I needed the car back ASAP so I gave the go ahead to replace the ignition switch. When the car was ready to be picked up- the price jumped to $870 and is too often the case excuses were made. The "car needed to be reprogrammed" after the installation of the new switch. Labor I was told was 1.5 hours. 1.5 hours of labor plus reprogramming=$870? I do not think so. . I am not a car mechanic but I have worked many years as maintenance technician so I am both technically and mechanically inclined. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO GRADYS AUTO AS THE PRICES ARE MORE OFTEN- than not very UNREASONABLE ALONG WITH WE ARE DOING YOU A "FAVOR" TYPE OF ATTITUDE FROM THERE MECHANICS.

Service I received from Concours Motors is beyond my expectation. I was really upset when my beloved BMW met with an accident. As I moved to Milwaukee in last week so it was very difficult for me to decide where I can take my car for servicing work after the collision. I went to Concours Motors based on recommendation of my friend and I would say that I got best possible service there. As the right side of my car was fully damaged I expected to get my car back after two weeks but they fixed it very fast and helped me to get it back within few days. My car looks great and there is no trace that I was ever in an accident.

I found them through AAA when I moved to Milwaukee in 2010 and have been going for routine and non-routine maintenance at least 4 times a year since. They do good work, they communicate well, they are priced fair and they go above and beyond. One year I was in an accident and brought my car in to get the steering and suspension realigned. When I picked it up they had popped out the dent in the bumper purely out of goodwill given they aren't a body shop and it was free of charge. If the check engine light is on and the diagnostic is something silly like a loose gas cap they will turn off the light and wave the diagnostic fee. If it is something that needs to be repaired the $90 price of the diagnostic is applied towards the repair. Given all the times I've brought my car to them I've only had one incident where some lug nuts were loose after a tire rotation. They were immediately apologetic and reimbursed me. I can't say enough good things about this place. When you walk in you will see many hand written thank you notes from other equally grateful and happy customers. When places like Jiffy Lube are scamming customers by cutting corners and selling unnecessary services it feels good to have a trustworthy mechanic.

I've lived in Milwaukee for 13 years. For the first three I floated around trying to find a trustworthy, affordable, and fast mechanic. I finally found them around 2004 and I can only say wonderful things about Kevin and Dennis at Greitens. They run a clean shop, are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and fix your car/truck fast and right. The prices are completely fair and straightforward. I highly recommend this shop over all others in Milwaukee.

To update my previous post, Metropolitan Saab is a Member of the BBB per the owner. When I searched the BBB webpage, they did not come up as a listed member. I had a lengthy conversation with the owner of the dealership and he apologized and told me this was a very rare occurrences. He told me the incident was isolated and I believe him. Although the incident did occur, he states he will talk to those involved to make sure it never happens again.

The team at Mraz replaced the transmission and clutch in my Mini Cooper (2003) in about a day. The longest wait was for parts from Mini USA, but they were able to have everything done very fast. The car came back spotless, and the price was much less than the dealer. They also accepted my extended dealer warrenty that I purchased when I bought my car with no problems.

So far so good. Didn't give me the news I wanted to hear but they are being honest and upfront. Their customer service is top notch. Every time I spoke to them, they were always pleasant. I hope to never have the need for their services but if the need arise I'll definitely use them. No doubt giving references too.

I was having a horrible time trying to get my car to pass emissions and took it to a few different shops finally I went to passehls Bp and talked with Dave he was really honest and didn't seem like he was just trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Dave did the work and got my car to pass no light on my dash any more great value and small shops like this are hard to come by now days I would support these guys any day before I would go into a big box auto shop type of place thanks would highly recommend!!

This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride. Just don't let then replace your brakes on any vehicle ! I won't go back there ! They're already grinding after only about 500 miles . Wow ! Amazing !
