I finally found them around 2004 and I can only say wonderful things about Kevin and Dennis at Greitens. They run a clean shop, are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and fix your car/truck fast and right. The prices are completely fair and straightforward. To update my previous post, Metropolitan Saab is a Member of the BBB per the owner. When I searched the BBB webpage, they did not come up as a listed member. I had a lengthy conversation with the owner of the dealership and he apologized and told me this was a very rare occurrences. He told me the incident was isolated and I believe him. Although the incident did occur, he states he will talk to those involved to make sure it never happens again.
