The differential fluid was changed and cap wasn’t tightened and it leaked out. Had to bring it back for repair.

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change, at 12pm i called to find out the status. My car had not been started yet. I got a call at 2pm saying it was done. Poorly managed for appointments.

The work to my car was done well. The customer service and price is why I will never return. When I scheduled an oil change with you, it was not communicated to me that you'd have my car all day. Beyond that, the presentation of diagnostic results was upsetting. The high pressure, catastrophic, and patronizing sales techniques were both scary and insulting. I took my car for a 2nd opinion and had the work done for over $1,000 less. Very unsatisfied.

I will have to call around for my next tire repair. I thought the cost was outrageous for replacing a valve stem on a tire I carry Ed in. Maybe the cost is in line with others, but I will be calling others before I just go to you.

Cliff's is a great place to go. They are always friendly and get you into your appointment in a timely manner. Was helped with a tire repair promptly and efficiently.

30.00$ to replace a vave stem is ridiculous...10$ to patch a wheelbarrow tire with tax almost 50$

With how much I drive for work, it is great to have a trustworthy, reliable, and inexpensive mechanic for my van. I highly recommend Richmond Street Automotive to anyone needing great service at a fair price for their cars. Just had my cars A/C recharged, synthetic oil changed (6.5 liters), tires rotated, and diagnostics run on my car for $160. Can't beat that price!! Check them out, you will NOT be disappointed!
