I have nothing positive to say about this dealership. The sales man Je... read more I have nothing positive to say about this dealership. The sales man Jeff is untrained and unhelpful. He told me a handful of times that he is new and not really sure how things work. He promised me a lot of things and then did not come through. Also the day i picked it up he acted like he did me a favor by putting 1/8 tank of gas in it for me. They sold the f150 to me with the 4wd not working and then fought with me due to it not being covered under the warranty. I ended up going through Bouche Chevy of Waukesha because they were the only ones who would work with me, and took care of everything perfectly. Then the sales Manager of Lincoln Mercury made sure that he told me "this would never happen again". As if i was in the wrong and it was my fault. I now have more issues with the truck (front end noise) and dread the fact of having to bring it back to them. I highly recommend you do not deal with these "salesmen" and their "Managers" and take your money and business elsewhere. An Unhappy Customer
