I finally found them around 2004 and I can only say wonderful things about Kevin and Dennis at Greitens. They run a clean shop, are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and fix your car/truck fast and right. The prices are completely fair and straightforward. The team at Mraz replaced the transmission and clutch in my Mini Cooper (2003) in about a day. The longest wait was for parts from Mini USA, but they were able to have everything done very fast. The car came back spotless, and the price was much less than the dealer. They also accepted my extended dealer warrenty that I purchased when I bought my car with no problems.

So far so good. Didn't give me the news I wanted to hear but they are being honest and upfront. Their customer service is top notch. Every time I spoke to them, they were always pleasant. I hope to never have the need for their services but if the need arise I'll definitely use them. No doubt giving references too.

This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride. Machined & assembled short block, when I went to finish assembling it, noticed a few things I didn't like. Ended up Paying a different engine builder to redo everything Dons did. Other service was just not the quality I paid for. I would not recommend them to anyone.
