He said I could go on hold or he would call me back. I said that's fine - give me a call. I said I would come in but I am in Newark, and working. I waited 3 hours and called back. I spoke with Mike again and he said "oh we're so busy let me get back with you on that." Well I waited another four hours and guess what, no call from Mike. So I call again and ask for the sdales manager, he is not there so I end up with Mike again util he gives me to another salesman. This gentleman was very kind and found out what I needed to know. I wish I could remember his name. Anyway Mike put a new perspective on customer service - he's too busy!! It would take a lot for me to ever to do business with people like Mike.
I strongly urge anyone in the Parkersburg, WV area that is considering... read more I strongly urge anyone in the Parkersburg, WV area that is considering purchasing a used car to go anywhee else but Balderson's. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. We purchased a used Daewoo from them late in the summer, didn't even make it home with it and it overheated. Towed it back to them, they repaired it and charged us almost $300 for the first repairs. We then discovered their way of repairing it was to pour sealant through it which is now clogging up and plugging everything else, leading to over $1000 more in car repairs. When I called to complain, I was called nasty names and hung up on. When I called back, the man that answered the phone said I couldn't speak to the owner, he was the only manager and that I could just go ahead and call my attorney. Which I did. If you don't mind a mechanic that is on house arrest and has drug problems, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend going somewhere else. Anywhere else!!
