Audio and video installation service near Anchorage, AK

Their faulty installation shorted out my car's computer leading to $1,000 in unnecessary repairs. They did nothing to rectify the situation. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I am more than pleased with this company! I purchased a remote starter for my 20 old Caddy and it gave me problems from the get go. Three times Safe and Sound employees managed to get the car started when I could not. Once they drove to a local restaurant and found me, the second time to my house and then asked if I could drop by their shop for a complete redo. Needless to say, I am impressed with their attention to the Customer. I have been in the Valley 20 years and have not had this kind of customer service ever. I asked the manager why do you do this? His answer was perfect.....we want our customers to be pleased with the products we sell and with how we do things. I wish all service companies in the area understood this and put it into practice.
