The environment has always been welcoming and they only gave me a little slack for driving a jeep and a ford (all in good fun, though). This shop takes customer service and pride to a new level. After many, many visits for the same problem, my car is still not fixed. They have not acknowledged that I have any cause to be irritated by this situation. I cannot comprehend why anyone would ever go to this place. And you cannot reason with them, because they just lie right to your face.
