They were great fair price well cheaper than other shops. They replaced the Mass Airflow sensor and the Fresh Air intake hose didn’t totally fix the issue but they found the tear in the hose which definitely needed to be replaced. They were quick and very professional. -Megan L-

Fantastic! I booked an oil change and a diagnostic visit for what I thought would be a full brake replacement since my steering was wandering when I'd brake hard. The mechanic explained the brake pads and rotors and showed me that mine were nearly brand new. He then removed my wheel and just tightened a bolt on the wheel arm that had been loose from a previous mechanic and was causing the wandering. 5 min. fix and I was so excited to get that issue fixed! -Kristi Bradford

If I could give zero stars I would. I originally had my car towed to integrity based off a recommendation, unfortunately that was a colossal mistake. I was given assurances that my car would be taken care of in a timely manner, but that wasn’t the case. Keeping me completely in the dark about any progress would be a huge understatement. I had to call anytime I wanted an update. Two weeks later that was still the case. After a week of giving me every excuse known to man as to why my car hadn’t been repaired yet, I decided to cut my losses and get my car and take somewhere else. Upon arriving, the owner asked me to give him one more chance and the car would be ready by Monday because they were going to put in a new fuel pump. Against my better judgment I gave him the benefit of the doubt in hopes that they would rectify the situation and all would be resolved...WRONG!!! Not only did they put in a new fuel pump that didn’t fix the problem, they also, without my consent, ordered a special $300 key that still didn’t fix my car. It was only after I called did they tell me about the key. Because the car still wasn’t fixed, they informed me that they had ordered some sensors (very vague to say the least). Fast forward another frustrating week, to the following Friday, which was just a repeat of the previous week of me having to call to find out any “progress”, etc. and my car is still not fixed. Imagine my frustration! So I call (once again) and I’m connected to a girl, not in service department but in the accounting dept. it was clear to me she wasn’t in the service dept because she was extremely rude and unprofessional. After having asked if I could speak to the owner one last time she gave me the age old excuse that he was in a very important meeting. When I asked if he could call after the meeting she rudely told me that she could not make any promises. So here’s where accounting girl says that she’ll take the key off because SHE had to pay for the locksmith...I just stand in awe that a business named Integrity hasn’t told me the truth once since this nightmare started. Yes I am frustrated, but I just don’t want anybody else to make the same mistake I did by taking their car to these people. You can find more integrity in a democrat than you can at this joke of a repair shop

I had a AMG motor rebuilt from these guys. I had to take the motor back for a second time because the motor was not running right. After I picked it up for a second time it still did not work. Later I found out the parts that I paid to get replace was in fact NOT REPLACED.... Please do not use this shop Learn for my $900 mistake.

Three years ago in 2011 I had that famous sqeaking noise coming from underneath the hood when turning the steering wheel on my 98' MB ML320. Bennette's Motor World said it needed a new steering servo pump and reservoir. Roughly $600 for the pump, $400 for work. Oh well, if the cars needs it, what can you do. Probably cheaper than at the dealership. It took them several days to order the parts and to repair the car and I paid around $1000. Three years later, same symptoms, so I went again and they diagnosed again new steering servo pump and reservoir - a known common problem for the ML320 they say. This time they felt sorry for me and because I complained, they offered the pump for only $400 plus work...around $834 to repair. I was not too happy about this, so I googled...... steering servo pump is around $100-150 from a parts shop in Atlanta.....and the common problem in 95% of the cases is the O-ring of the reservoir, not the pump. So I went back, but they insisted it is the servo pump and it will cost $834 to repair. I went to Express Oil around the corner, and a VERY KNOWLEGEABLE guy, told me it is leaking from the reservoir! He installed a new o-ring (a $2.50 part, and the new reservoir just in case, $20) for $148 including tax!!!!! It is working like a chime again, the noise is gone. I am speechless...and I am wondering if that new power steering servo pump three years ago was necessary in the first place. I am also wondering about the expertise of Bennette's Motor World, and about the reason why they are not accredited with the BBB. I feel as if I was robbed blind over the last few years! Feel free to make your own judgement!

I was charged $450 for them to smear some RTV on the outside of the transfer case. He claimed to take the transfer case off and fix it from the inside but he clearly did not do that. 2 days later and my transfer case is leaking again.
