Wow- what can we say except how absolutely unprofessionally and rudely... read more Wow- what can we say except how absolutely unprofessionally and rudely we were treated from the start! I brought my new logo in and needed new signs made for my work truck- the "manager" was very impatient with me and kept cutting me off and I left with the feeling that he really did not seem to understand or care if he got my new directives right on my sign changes. I needed the new logo on it, I needed an additional phone number added and an LLc added after company name. Upon my return, a few weeks later, as I suspected- the changes were not correct- he used the old logo, forgot the LLC and additional phone number... When my wife called to ask for more specifics on what she needed to send him regarding the artwork to correct the signs, he was extremely rude, verging on hostile and when she asked to speak to the manager he said he was. HMMMM... Wow- is all I can say... I would not recommend doing business with this outfit at all. BTW- he won't be giving our 90 dollars back he said- even though he did not follow our directions at all.
