It wasn't a great experience, you tried to charge an outrageous price for things that have already been replaced and fixed, and over charged a job,and gave back the vehicle in the same condition!So no it wasn't a good experience and I'll let everyone know on all social media platforms!

Ray Morgan and his team have done it again. I recently purchased a Jeep. It had been sitting for years, tired, sad and maybe even a hopeless cause. I have been going to Desert Hills for years. Tim has been keeping up my 1986 Silverado. His prices are reasonable and fair. I also take my 01 Rav to him. Recently put in a new Radiator. Very pleased with the results. Never had a problem with his work. Before that he gave it a tune-up. Zoom Zoom!

I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.
