I have had the pleasure of working with the Vinson Team for several years after having been referred by my neighbor. They are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and reliable. I have lived all over the country and I wish there were more Mike Vinson Automotive locations for my friends and family to appreciate.

I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). It's nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and I'll be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

Amazing Service ! The staff is honest and gets straight to the problem. We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. I recently had the privilege of meeting owner Jim Garnand who when presented with my problem resolved it most immediately and with the utmost grace and class. Hats off to the Hi-Tech Car Care team. I was referred to Jeff by a stranger who fixed my flat tire about 2 months ago. I visited the business yesterday and Jeff was very honest, open with the evaluation. He invited me to look under the car to see what was wrong with the tires and he corrected the problem without any charge because it was due to loose nuts in the tie rods. He double checked all the tires to ensure they were on tight and sent me on my way. I feel because I am a female, sometimes, I have been taken for a ride and sold a bill of goods. However, in this case, I had experienced an honest mechanic and that is rare in my experience with mechanics. I give him a high rating for excellent service and I respect the man who recommended him although I have never seen him again. Jeff gets my business from now on!

As the owner of a Mercedes S class, I'm glad that our family found someone like Reinhard to keep our vehicle maintained and on the road. Their estimates have always been accurate when they call to tell us what our vehicle needs. They always get us in within a day or 2 of calling. Yeah sure sometimes the final bill might be a little over due to needing an extra hose or part that you find bad when taking it off to get to another part but I would rather they replace it then and there, so we don't have to make a return trip or call for a tow when we are on the road. We have always been fairly treated by him and his wife in the office. Some of these other reviews I would I ??? as I do most on the internet these days. Stop in meet them talk to them you will see. They are straight forward and some people don't like that but personally I like the no gimmicks no games and I'm not against paying for someone's time to look over and actually repair what is "actually" needed. I have been coming here for over 3 years and will continue to do so.

As a mechanic myself that has moved into a different line of work I can fully recommend all the guys here at The Brake Shop. With my new responsibilities I don't always have the time I wish I did to do my own repairs. When I was new to the area I shopped around and talked to a lot of shops before having any work done. These guys are class act. They know their stuff and they put a great guarantee on their work. Honesty, reliability, and quality is the mantra here. After reading some of these reviews about being a "scam" or the guys looking for extra money... I'm not so sure if these people really used the same shop. I continue to refer friends/acquaintances/co-workers here when I don't have time to handle their repairs and all 5 of them have yet to have a less than stellar experience and reported back full satisfaction to me.

I was told at installation of the product that it was quality OEM level glass and that it was under warranty for one year. I SPECIFICALLY asked as to the warranty and glass type, and was told it was American Made OEM quality with a warranty of 1-year. Four months after installation, all it took was a small peeble to make the glass crack and splinter. I have driven this same type of vehicle for decades and the OEM glass does not crack when hit by peebles EVER, it took a large rock to break the glass that was replaced and even then it was only a small crack. This is NOT quality glass, that was a lie. When I contacted the company about the warranty, they acted like they had no idea what that was. They then said maybe they could fill it FOR A FEE (warranty??), but they wouldn't come out for 4 days. I advised that the car cannot be driven with crack in location it is, and they installed the un-quality glass and lied to me about it, so they should make it a priority to fix it and maintain customer service. They refused to make any effort to fix their error in lying about the quality of the glass or the supposed warranty. Liars - Avoid them. BTW - This is not a professional company like they try to advertise. It is two guys working out of their house in Mesa. If you try to get anywhere, it is useless other than to file with the BBB, because it is just them and they can lie to you all they want and no one to check them.
