Mercedes Repair
I was referred by a friend and have been bringing my Mercedes in for years. I recently had the privilege of meeting owner Jim Garnand who when presented with my problem resolved it most immediately and with the utmost grace and class. Hats off to the Hi-Tech Car Care team. Great Customer Service
Jim is always good to me. Justin was my service mechanic before he became the service manager. Justin is the man! Know the in's and out's of almost any car. He was able to diagnose my trany problem over the phone. A few days later, did the repair, showed me the worn/damaged parts and my truck is back on the road and good as new 2500 Silverado. Thanks Jim and Justin!
