Chris did some work on our truck and he did an amazing job and was so nice! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will absolutely use him in the future if we have a need again. When the "Check Engine Symbol" came on in our Jaguar, my husband, who was out of town, suggested that I call Xpress Automotive. They were quick to suggest that I bring it in that day. They were very courteous and diagnosed the problem right away. They didn't do any unnecessary repairs or talk over my head. Turned out to probably be that all I need is a new gas cap. They told me to just keep an eye on it and if it happened again, to stop on by-no appointment needed and we could do a "smoke-test" to see if there is a leak.They also calmed my fears of driving far from home, saying that this diagnosis code wiould not leave me stranded - I could drive to California for dinner if I wanted. Great service, great guys, great price. I would recommend this shop to anyone with any type of vehicle. They know their stuff.

Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!
