As the owner of a Mercedes S class, I'm glad that our family found someone like Reinhard to keep our vehicle maintained and on the road. Their estimates have always been accurate when they call to tell us what our vehicle needs. They always get us in within a day or 2 of calling. Yeah sure sometimes the final bill might be a little over due to needing an extra hose or part that you find bad when taking it off to get to another part but I would rather they replace it then and there, so we don't have to make a return trip or call for a tow when we are on the road. We have always been fairly treated by him and his wife in the office. Some of these other reviews I would I ??? as I do most on the internet these days. Stop in meet them talk to them you will see. They are straight forward and some people don't like that but personally I like the no gimmicks no games and I'm not against paying for someone's time to look over and actually repair what is "actually" needed. I have been coming here for over 3 years and will continue to do so.

If honesty and fairness is what you are looking for, look no further. I have taken a number of vehicles to Dan and never been disappointed. He has addressed everything from oil changes, to suspension, AC, exhaust, and cooling issues. Everybody I have recommended has had positive experiences as well.

Ray Morgan and his team have done it again. I recently purchased a Jeep. It had been sitting for years, tired, sad and maybe even a hopeless cause. Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!

I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.

THIS is the place to go for honest automotive work. I have been coming here since 2007 for oil changes, car battery, emissions and other various work over the years. I have referred two friends to this shop and both have thanked me profusely for doing so. I cannot recommend this place enough. This is the real deal and they will not give you the run around.

I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! This was my third visit to Shadow Mountain Auto Service! I have two vintage cars and my daily driver! I moved into my home nearby one year ago and I was fortunate to find such a reputable repair shop! Curt and Graham once again went out of their way to make sure the car was properly repaired. They kept me informed on the progress and the cost so there were no unexpected surprises! I am very pleased and trust them explicitly and would highly recommend them and I am very fussy with my cars! I needed a tire quick, in a hurry. Didn't want to spend too much money or time for it. Went to the NE corner of I-17 and Glendale Ave. There were several cars there before me. I was on a jack and tire off in less than 15 minutes. They had several tires that I could use that were recommended by the manufacturer. I choose one that closely resembled the remaining three tires. The tires was put on the rim, balanced and on my car in no time after making my selection. I was out the door for $20.00 and about half an hour later. That tire outlasted the other three tires and ended up using it as the spare. I'm not saying that you too will be as lucky as I with your used tire purchase. But for $20.00 and quick service if the tire lasts three months you've made out like a bandit. Sure beats the wait at Big O or Discount Tires, just saying.
