Great work by honest people. Owner apologized for the cost of replacing the serpentine belt because the floor had to be removed to access the engine. Not their fault.

LOVE these guys! They did quality job that five other mechanics wanted 3600-5000. This shop charged me less than half of the total. We essentially had to replace half the engine. Trustworthy and understand that our vehicles are our lifeline to our lives. Very professional, treated my car and myself like family. Screw the other guys, Surprise Auto is my new mechanical home!

Ray Morgan and his team have done it again. I recently purchased a Jeep. It had been sitting for years, tired, sad and maybe even a hopeless cause. AVOID this shop! Requested a transmission service and to inspect the front suspension and diagnose why the check engine light was on. They completed these service/repairs but did NOT disclose doing an alignment nor was doing a tune up authorized. Hector held the vehicle hostage until payment was received. He refused to issue a refund for unauthorized services and promised to discuss with the owner and call us back! The man is dishonest and lies through his teeth with expertise!

I was referred to Jeff by a stranger who fixed my flat tire about 2 months ago. I visited the business yesterday and Jeff was very honest, open with the evaluation. He invited me to look under the car to see what was wrong with the tires and he corrected the problem without any charge because it was due to loose nuts in the tie rods. He double checked all the tires to ensure they were on tight and sent me on my way. I feel because I am a female, sometimes, I have been taken for a ride and sold a bill of goods. However, in this case, I had experienced an honest mechanic and that is rare in my experience with mechanics. I give him a high rating for excellent service and I respect the man who recommended him although I have never seen him again. Jeff gets my business from now on!

As a female, I always feel like I might be seen as an easy target for auto shops, thank goodness I discovered this place. My car wouldn't start and I couldn't jump it and these guys came to me, took my car in, and gave me a clear estimate without making me feel pressured to spend more than what I could afford just to get my car back. They found some other issues and gave estimates on those but nothing was done to my car before advising me so i knew exactly what was due at the end of the day.
